This is where I step in as a health coach to help you create your individualized plan through encouragement, education, and support. Creating healthy behaviors in the areas of nutrition, fitness, weight and stress management will become part of the ‘new you.’

New! Mountain Bike programs added that include private lessons for individuals or groups, for both adult and youth. I recently completed my Level One Instructor Certification with PMBI. (Professional Mountain Bike Instructor)

My biggest accomplishment was initially losing 40 pounds and then more importantly, keeping it off months after I hit my target goal. My biggest accomplishment from working with Josh was getting to where I wanted to be, of course. And not only getting to my desired weight but the complete 180-degree turn in my health in general. Now, I am more conscious of what I am putting into my body to properly fuel myself and live a healthier lifestyle. I would suggest working with a health coach because it helps to have someone who knows what they are talking about with foods in general, portions of servings, and food macros. Also, having the support and framework that a health coach offers gave me the accountability I needed.

What was the biggest accomplishment from the health coaching experience? Weight loss and my overall improved health goals were met. Why would you suggest working with a health coach? Josh provided a plan designed specifically to my health improvement goals. Josh was able to help me with a plan that was focused, precise, and was hands on during the time that we worked together. If a person is willing to put in the work that it takes to reach your goals, you will succeed. Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed.

Current 2018 statistics from a study by JAMA (Journal of the Medical Association) shows that nearly 40% of adults over the age of 20 in the United States are currently obese. The child obesity epidemic shows no signs of shrinking. About 4.8 million American kids aged 10 to 17 -- just over 15% -- were overweight in 2017-2018. The demand for health coaching and education on eating healthier is essential to slow down these trends.
